When selecting a date where there is already a booking in the AM or PM at another location, please keep in mind the following:

  • Load in and set-up time: 40 minutes (approx.)
  • Duration of presentation: 2 1/2 hours (usually)
  • Pack up and load-out trime: 40 minutes (approx.)
  • travel time between locations: Varies according to distance and time of day.
    (MapQuest has an excellent option to help determine time and distance. You can request directions from one address to another and it will give directions, distance and estimated time).
